By placing an order with Lounge Lago, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Acceptance of Terms

By completing a purchase on our website, you acknowledge and automatically accept these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with your order.

2.  Product Information

Customers are responsible for reading and understanding all product details prior to purchase. Detailed product descriptions, dimensions, specifications, and images are provided to help you make informed decisions. For any outstanding questions, please email us directly at info@loungelago.com. 

3. No Returns or Exchanges

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES. Due to the nature of this product and over-sized shipping requirements, we do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances. Please ensure all product details meet your needs before placing an order.

4. Order Fulfillment, Shipping Lead Times, and Delivery

Orders are processed and fulfilled based on the information provided at checkout. 

Shipping timelines are estimated and may vary depending on the item, color, order volume, and delivery location.

Even for smaller orders, order production times can vary by color selected:

- White Granite, White, Gray Granite = Standard lead time of around 3 weeks

- All other colors = Extended lead time of up to 6-7 weeks

Oversized items (Shayz Loungers, Moon Chair, Mibster Chair, and Woosah Chair) all ship via LTL Freight:

- Transit times can take 3-12 days after manufacturing, depending on the carrier and the delivery appointment window the carrier offers you. 

- These items may be delivered on a pallet and/or in large, wrapped boxes. 

- Unpacking, placement, and haul away are not offered by us or our freight carriers. 

Please be sure to provide your phone number at checkout so that delivery can be made as smoothly as possible. 

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lounge Lago and its parent company, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, or contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, loss of use, or loss of enjoyment, arising out of or in connection with the delivery, assembly, installation, maintenance, or use (whether proper or improper) of our in-pool furniture.

This includes, without limitation, damages resulting from:

- Improper installation or placement of the furniture in or around a pool;

- Use of the furniture in a manner not intended or recommended (e.g., exceeding weight limits, placing on uneven or unstable surfaces);

- Extreme environmental exposure for long periods of time;

- Failure to follow care, maintenance, or safety instructions provided by us;

- Third-party services involved in delivery or setup;

- Any misuse or accidents involving the furniture by users of any age.

All products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except as expressly stated in our warranty policy. You assume full responsibility for the safe and appropriate use of all products.

In jurisdictions that do not allow certain exclusions or limitations of liability, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law and in no event shall exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our website and services implies acceptance of any changes.
